College Baseball Classic
Congratulations to Chipola College on winning the 2025 Visit Panama City Beach College Baseball Classic championship!
The Visit Panama City Beach College Baseball Classic will be taking place in 2026 and features the best programs in National Junior College in a 15-team tournament. Hosted by Gulf Coast State College and Publix Sports Park, the tournament will feature some of the top Junior College baseball teams in the nation.
The sixteen-team bracket will start Thursday January 29th, with a Championship game Friday, January 30th; tickets will be available at pre-sale for the tournament at $30 and on-site at $20 per day for the tournament (TICKETS). All games will take place at the Publix Sports Park managed by Sports Facility Companies. The largest baseball scouting organization, Perfect Game USA, will serve as the official scouting and media coverage partner for the event. PerfectGame.TV will produce multiple games over the weekend.
Many Major League Baseball and D1 College scouts will be in attendance as these NJCAA programs have produced some of the best players in the Nation. An MVP of the event will be named, in honor of legendary 324-game winner Hall of Famer Don Sutton, who pitched at Gulf Coast State College.
